HURUMENDE inopembedza mabasa ari kuitwa nevanhukadzi avo vakazvipira kubatsira mukurwisa chirwere cheCovid-19 munharaunda dzavagere (social workers) kusanganisira kupepa varwere nekupa dzidziso yakakosha pamusoro pedenda iri.

Prof Mavima vanoti vanhukadzi vanoshandira munharaunda ava vari pamberi mukurwisa chirwere cheCovid-19 kana zvichienzaniswa nevanhurume vanoita basa rimwe chetero.

“Shanduko yose yakaunya munyika apo chirwere cheCovid-19 chakaderera ibasa ramaibata imi masocial workers echidzimai nekuti ndimi vazhinji. “Tinofanira kurwisa dzimwe tsika dzinobatsira mukumbunyikidzwa kwekodzero dzemadzimai pamwe nekubvisa rusarura,” vanodaro.
Dr Christine Peta, avo vanova mukuru weDisability Affairs kubazi revashandi nekubatsirwa kwevanoshaya, vanoti madzimai nevanasikana vakaremara vane mikana yekumbunyikidzwa nenzira dzakawanda.

Vanoti zvakakosha kuti vanhukadzi vadzidze kutsigirana muzvirongwa zvine chekuita nebudiriro pane kutsikirirana pasi.
