Murimi anoda mbeu inokwana kuita makg makumi maviri ane mashanu (25kg) pahekita yoga-yoga kana kuti makg gumi (10kg) paeka yoga-yoga. Mafetireza yepasi unoda masaga manomwe pahekita kana kuti matatu paeka yoga-yoga.

Kuchengetedza ivhu – Nhaka yamangwana:
