‘Gomarara rinorapika pachivanhu’

MUMWE chiremba wechivanhu anoti chirwere chegomarara kana kuti nhuta (cancer) chinogona kurapika nemishonga yechivanhu chichipera.

“Veruzhinji vari kuti vakabatwa negomarara vanomhanyira kuzvipatara, asi kazhinji chirwere ichi chinorapika pachivanhu. Pari zvino mukana wekuti munhu akaenda kuchipatara negomarara arapwe achipora mudiki sezvo pachiri kuitwa tsvagurudzo,” vanodaro.

Dr Mudzingwa vanoti zvimwe zviri kudyiwa nevanhu mazuva ano ndizvo zviri kukonzera gomarara.

“Kare taiziva kuti kune nguva dzekudya michero zvichienderana nenguva yainoibva, kunyanya yechivanhu. Mazuva ano mimwe michero yava kudyiwa gore rose nekuti yava kurimirwa munzvimbo dzakavharika (green houses) kuti ikasike kuibva.

“Pane zvikafu chemazuva ano (fast foods) kare zvaidyiwa nenguva dziri kure asi pari zvino munhu anochiita chikafu chezuva nezuva.”

Dr Mudzingwa vanoti chirwere chegomarara chiri kukonzerwa zvakare nechimwe chikafu chiri kubva kunze kwenyika.

“Kune zvakare chikafu chiri kubva kunze kwenyika chinenge chakagadzirwa kuti chiibve nekukasika, zvingava zvirimwa kana huku kuti dzikasike kukura. Zvose izvi zvinoitwa pachishandiswa mishonga inozorwisana nenyama dzemuviri yedu zvodaidza gomarara,” vanodaro.

Dr Mudzingwa vanoenderera mberi vachiti: “Rimwe gomarara rinenge risiri gomarara chete, asi kuti zvimwe zvacho ndezve chivanhu uye zvinoda kurapwa pachivanhu. Zvakafanana nezvipotswa, zvitsinga nezvikandwa zvekuti munhu akaenda kuchipatara, vanoona kunge gomarara.

“Kune rumwe runyoka rwunoita kunge gomarara asi munhu akaenda kumuridzi wemukadzi waakashinha naye zvinopera. Kune vamwe vanoba vogadzirwa, vosvika pakufa achinzi igomarara nekuti anenge aine ronda risingapori.”

Vanoti vari kubatsira vamwe vane gomarara vachipora uye vanotarisira kuwedzera zvipatara zvavo kuitira kuti vabatsire vanhu vakawanda munyika.
